Outer Ring MMO
A MMO RPG about space exploration with open worlds, PVP and PVE combats, resource collection, crafting, and social features. Includes a metaverse for trading virtual lands, governance events, and exclusive experiences with blockchain integration.
What I did
- Led a team of 80+ members (designers, artists, developers, backend, QA) in a Pods structure.
- Created project roadmaps and set milestones.
